SERVICES PLAN

Through Merchant contributions to the Collective we mobilize around common causes to benefit the commercial district and area community.

Oue merchant organizing model is unique in that it not only focuses on a common agenda, but we develop a concentric approach to solving challenges and building community power through a participatory decision making process.

  • We organize resources to enhance corridor public safety and have developed a comprehensive public safety plan to address community needs.

  • Through partnerships with elected officials and agencies, we advocate for upgrades to public infrastructure and work to create a safer pedestrian environment.

  • We work diligently with area stakeholders to promote the area with placemaking, marketing, and community engagement with focused events and public programs.

  • We work with community partners and agencies to mobilize sanitation resources and promote a clean commercial district.
