Small Business Recovery Playbook
The New Normal: Adapting Your Small Business Playbook, developed in partnership with Deloitte Consulting, is a handbook filled with tools, technologies, and strategies to help entrepreneurs stabilize their businesses, protect their staff and customers, and build and grow beyond the pandemic. Commercial Lease Assistance
Free legal services are available through the Commercial Lease Assistance program. Eligible businesses can get help with: signing a new commercial lease; amending, renewing, or terminating an existing commercial lease; or addressing a commercial lease-related issue. Training for Your Employees
This new program from the NYC Department of Small Business Services, provides no-cost, online training to help business owners and employees located in NYC. Small Business Resource Network
The NYC Small Business Resource Network is a comprehensive approach to strengthening New York City’s economy and assisting small businesses. The Network was built to support small business resiliency by offering personalized guidance as you open and reopen.
Launched in response to the crisis facing many of the city’s 230,000+ small businesses in the wake of COVID-19, we’ve assembled an extraordinary collaboration of New Yorkers who are committed to small business recovery in our communities.
We are leveraging our relationships with the city’s corporate, financial and professional services sectors, as well as universities, philanthropies and expert volunteers to help small business owners gain access to a range of programs and services.

M/WBE Certification Assistance
The Bronx Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with NYC SBS to help guide you through the application process of getting certified as a Minority/Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE).
This certification program, offered by NYC Small Business Services, is a critical initiative aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in government contracting and procurement processes.
